Who Can Enjoy UAE Trips?
All UAE Trips members (who have purchased the membership) can join the Trips announced by UAE Trips with a fee designated for the trip. Members' Friends (non- UAE Trips members) are also welcome to join any trip, however, paying 50% in addition to the trip fee will be obligatory. For example, if the UAE Trip fee is Dhs. 50, embers will have to pay Dhs. 50 and Non- UAE Trips Members will have to pay Dhs. 75.

Members of all ability levels are invited unless stated otherwise in the trip description. Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult member. Main club trips are open to all members, married or single. Singles division day trips are open to singles (unmarried persons) only. Singles division overnight trips are open to singles only, unless the leader decides that it is unlikely for all spots to be taken, in which case the leader may open the trip to all members.
 

Trips Announcement!
Trips will be announced thru UAE Trips Administration at least one week prior to any trip (rare exceptions are also possible). Announcements of the trips will be done thru the proper UAE Trips media like UAE Trips mailing list (group@uaetrips.com) or UAE Trips forums where a vote poll will be conducted to select the kind and time of the trips.
 

Who Decides The Trips?
Ohhh Well!!! In UAE there is a lot to see and a lot to enjoy, we have got pure Sea. We have got beautiful Mountains, We have got natural Valley, and we have got golden Sands!!!

It's hard to fulfill someone's enjoyment since the choices are a lot, however, and to go with full democratic principle in satisfying all UAE Trips members, A Vote Pole will be conducted in the time of the announcement, so UAE Trips members can select their choice of enjoyment in the next destination UAE Trips is going to visit! Dates are also subject to this democratic quiz!

Basically, we decide the Trips upon the Vote Poll findings!
 

Trips Confirmation
Once the poll results are OUT and the decision is already made for the next trip, confirmation plus the decided fee are required from all UAE Trips members and from non- members who wish to join the next trip.

Members and non-members are to confirm weather they are joining the trip or not at least 2 days prior to any trip date.
 

Trips Gathering!
Once the Trip is decided and the fees are collected, Date and Time of the Trip Kick -off will be set and announced thru the announcements media. All members are to gather at the location on the set time. Failure in gathering on time may result in members coming to the trip location by themselves.
 

Can I cancel my Trip confirmation?
Members and non-members can cancel their confirmation to the trips 2 days prior to any trip and they are entitled to be refunded with 75% of the trip fee. And, those who cancel their confirmation after purchasing the equipments and the necessary materials for the trips will not be refunded at all as some loss has already occurred.
 

Safety
All members and non-members who are enjoying UAE Trips - Up there - should be responsible enough for themselves since they shall be faced with a lot of Physical activities and tough practices depending on the kin of the trip.

UAE Trips should not be held responsible any accident that may occurred however, will provide with the essential first aid needed!
 

Team Work
In UAE Trips, all members work as one team in making the Trips full of joy and happiness! That's why cooperation and responsibility are required from all. Depending on the trip kind, all members will be assigned a certain task to help survive the trip and everyone's joy !
 

Trips Cancellation
It may occasionally be necessary to cancel a trip due to lack of interest or lack of people.. All money should be refunded to trip participants except for deposits which may have been paid to vendors which cannot be retrieved. A few trips may be canceled at the last minute because of dangerous weather.
 

Carelessness
Any damage occurs to any tool or machine due to the member's carelessness ( abuse , misuse) will resulting in charging the member or having him/her fix it or replace it (whatever is needed) !
 

Membership Cancellation
If any member wishes to cancel his membership from the UAE Trips, he/she will not be entitled for his/her membership fee. However, all his/her information (email, profile, photos) will be removed from the UAE TRIPS database except for the photos which are shared with other members !
 

Membership Renewal
A cancelled membership can be renewed by registering again from the website and paying 50% of the subscription fee.
 

Confidentiality
All information, photos... etc which are viewed by members only should not be showed to public or used in any way that effect or disrespect other members.
 

Official Trip Vehicles
To encourage excitement and entertainment, UAE Trips coordinator for a specific trip will choose minimum vehicles for that after an approval by the owner of that vehicle. And to encourage him to bring his car and allowing others to ride with him, members have to share with others some amount in the same vehicle which will be the expenses for the owner of that vehicle for fuel, cleaning, etc. Those vehicles that will be assigned from the beginning will be the official cars for that trip and a member who wish to bring his own car which is not chosen by the trip coordinator will be responsible for all expenses of the car.
 

Member Personal Toy
If a member brought a toy such as Jet ski, ATV, etc. and something went wrong with it by accident. Members have to help the owner of the toy in fixing it by paying the half price of fixing i.e., Owner pay half the cost and all members attended that trip will share the other half.
